In today’s times balancing our daily responsibilities can make obtaining emotional wellness challenging and not a priority. We at NPS are pleased that you are taking a step closer to bringing balance into your life. We are here to assist you with your sensitive and confidential issues with compassion and unbiased understanding. We aim to serve our clients under the simple principles of Live, Be Well, and Prosper:
Are you living at your full potential?
Are you overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, having problems in your relationships,
problems with work, or feeling the effects of trauma?
Taking action towards emotional wellness can have significant impact on one’s
ability to flourish.
Live- Are you living at your full potential? Work with us to help identify your barriers for
success and work to overcome them. NPS is effective at assisting individuals at identifying
their strengths and capitalizing on them. More than simple “Life Coaching,” qualified Mental
Health Professionals will help you to assess who you bridge the gap between who you want
to be.
Be Well- Are you overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, having problems in your relationships,
problems with work, or feeling the effects of trauma? Emotional wellness is having the ability
to learn, grow and have effective coping skills in response to today’s challenges, as well as
reducing the impact of past negative experiences. We can help you not only to develop
coping skills, but also learn how to manage negative emotions, such as anger, frustration,
anxiety, self-defeat, even thoughts of suicide so that you are not bogged down and
overwhelmed.
Prosper- Taking action towards emotional wellness can have significant impact on one’s
ability to flourish. Though our strength-based approach we will work to assist you in taking
your life to the next level.
While we serve all communities, NPS is an advocate for quality mental health services for
Black and Brown, LGBTQ and other underserved or poorly served individuals or communities.
Through partnerships with our local state and county agencies, educational systems,
churches, community organizations, and other mental health agencies and organizations our
mission will be successful.
